1. Acceptance

By accessing https://algodrivenapi.digital (the “Site”) or purchasing access to Algo Driven API educational programs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or enroll in our courses.

2. Who we are

Algo Driven API provides informational training on financial auditing guidance for change management controls over billing platforms. We are not a certified public accounting firm and do not provide attest, assurance, or legal services.

3. Accounts and enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed through direct communication after you contact us. You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You may not share course seats unless your agreement expressly allows team access.

4. Informational pricing

Prices displayed on the Site are informational. Payment processing, if any, occurs outside this Site through instructions we provide. No checkout cart is offered here.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, branding, and Site content are owned by Algo Driven API or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for your personal or internal professional learning. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train competing products on our materials without written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, upload unlawful material, or use our training to misrepresent an audit conclusion as if Algo Driven API performed the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Algo Driven API is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim.
