Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational access confirmed by Algo Driven API. The Site itself does not process checkout; refunds relate to fees paid through the invoicing method stated in your enrollment confirmation.

2. Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two course modules and have not attended a live cohort session. Requests after day 14 are evaluated under the partial refund rules below.

3. Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when: (a) the request arrives within the 14-day window; (b) module access remains under the threshold above; and (c) downloadable worksheet packs have not been redistributed outside your organization. Duplicate charges caused by our invoicing error are refunded in full once verified.

4. Partial refunds

If you withdraw after accessing two or more modules but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may issue a partial refund of up to 40% of fees paid, less any documented seat reservation costs. After the cohort midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.

5. Non-refundable items

• Custom team workshops scheduled on dedicated dates after materials have been prepared
• Third-party exam or membership fees we collect only as a pass-through (rare; disclosed in advance)
• Completed one-to-one office-hour bundles once sessions have been delivered

6. How to request a refund

Email info@algodrivenapi.digital with subject line “Refund request”, your full name, enrollment date, program name, and reason. You may also call +82-8-918-4542. We confirm receipt within two business days.

7. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Funds return via the original payment method when possible; otherwise we will arrange a bank transfer to the account you designate. Currency conversion differences charged by your bank are outside our control.

8. Cancellations by Algo Driven API

If we cancel a cohort or permanently withdraw a program before your access begins, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another program of equal value.

9. Exceptions

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Korean consumer law or other mandatory protections. Fraudulent enrollment or material breach of our Terms may void refund eligibility.
